Jester Western Burger
A tip of the Stetson to the west, this burger brings with it all of the features of the regular Jester Burger and adds bacon, deep fried onion rings and house-made chipotle barbeque sauce.
Stuffed Bleu Cheese Jester Burger
Hand pressed 1/3rd pound Angus beef, seasoned, stuffed with blue cheese, and then char-grilled to order. Served on a seeded garlic and butter coated bun with lettuce and tomato on the side. For a heart stopping burger add blue cheese and bacon on top!
Jester Blackened Pepper Burger
1/3rd pound of peppered & blackened Angus beef, hand-pressed, topped with a deep fried poblano pepper, pepperjack cheese, and char-grilled to perfection. Served on a seeded bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side.
Jester Chicken Burger
Ground chicken breast mixed with cilantro, onions, and mustard, hand-pressed and then char-grilled. Served on a seeded bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side.

One-third of a pound of hand-pressed ground turkey, char-grilled with sautéed mushrooms, lettuce and tomato on the side, and served on a seeded bun. Add cheese to round it all off!
